How do I know if I’m over the weight limit?
We’ll walk you through the weight guidelines when you book. Most everyday junk, yard waste, or household debris won’t push you over the limit—but heavy materials like concrete or roofing shingles can. Just ask us before you load—we’re happy to help.
Do I need to be there when the dumpster is dropped off?
Not unless you want to be. As long as we have clear instructions on where to place the dumpster, we can handle delivery even if you’re not home.
Can I move the dumpster once it’s delivered?
For safety reasons, we recommend leaving the dumpster where our driver places it. If you need it relocated, just call us and we’ll handle it.
Is the dumpster driveway-safe?
